I'm 5'8” 230 pounds 5 weeks postpartum. I was skeptical at first because of the cheap price when usually they cost 40$ plus. I got a large and It fits just as I expected it to. I plan on using it daily for compression; it's not too tight but I did have to remove the straps as it cuts into my upper region. Of course I had to slightly suck in to put it on but that's the point of these things. I have huge thighs, it doesn't squeeze them like some shorts do. It's long enough to cover my entire torso, definitely tall girl friendly. I didn't take any measurements prior to purchasing; I was a medium pre pregnancy, an XL during pregnancy, so I purchased a Large. Overall I'm highly satisfied.
