Braids Take the Bends

When is Apple going to realize they need to make braided cords or are they just another proponent of planned obsolescence? The braided cord goes through the bends in life while the original Apple plastic can tear. The connections work well for charging my Iphone or my grandson's Ipad. Six feet is enough for me but if you need more look for a longer cord.

Works for data and charging on my Gen 9 Ipad. Connection is good and reliable for data transfer once you remember to turn off sleep settings. Cable seems sturdy and comes with a velcro strap that allows for easy coiling any excess length. Would purchase again.

I've always used Anker charging cables and this one has been no exception to the quality I've become accustomed to and expect a couple years of use. Charges fast and doesn't overheat my IPhone 14. It has a lifetime warranty so I guess we will see what that entails when the time comes, but I purchased it for a little over $10 and couldn't be happier!
