Our Olympic barbell sleeves are friction-welded, making them stronger than regular welded sleeves. Each swivel sleeve has 4 needle bearings and 1 bushing for a total of 8 needle bearings on the barbell. The bushings provide moderate rotation while the bearings rotate quickly for snatch and jerk grip needs.

The collars have some movement about them of sliding left to right a little, but for the price it's still a excellent piece of equipment that can be used to improve health, develop strength and such to improve the own aelf including to help others as well.
