Really good

Got this for my birthday from my father, love it a lot. Good audio, somewhat comfortable, and locks in really well. The only thing that I don't like is that it will eventually start breaking after a bit.

Good overall

I generally like these. One element that is frustrating is when they auto-shut off. When paused to speak with someone, they shut off after 5 minutes of inactivity. This in itself is fine, except the only way to reactivate them is to remove from the ear, nest with the cord, then reinsert into the ear. There has to be a better way to power them on while wearing.

Hi. We are sorry that you do not like the sound of our headphones here. We have two suggestions to this. First, it is absolutely essential that the in-ears seal correctly in the ear canal. If there is air leakage between the ear canal and the ear tips, all bass will disappear. This is often what happens, either because owners cannot insert the headphones correctly, or because the ear tips are the wrong size, or because the ear canals are too narrow for the audio tube to fit into, with or without silicone tips. Please check if one of these problems is also your problem, and bear in mind that we offer 30 days full right of return, if you purchase from our web shop directly. If the sound is actually okay, but you prefer thunderous bass instead of precise, natural bass, or if you want more treble level, you can easily import any of the free apps onto your phone that offer equalizers or bass boosters. The headphones can tolerate quite a bit of equalizing without problem. Hopefully, this helps you.
