Would like to receive what was advertised.

The product was advertised as 4 rolls of white bulletin board paper measuring 4' x 12'. I only received one roll. I have reached out to the seller and received an email that I would receive my order by Jan. 23 thinking that the other 3 rolls would arrive later. I did not receive them. I have reached out to this seller once again, with no response.
