    Loved Olay complete 15 spf sensitive face moisturizer and have used it for many years. Wish they had left it the way it was. BUT, Olay has updated not only the container look, but also the formulation of this product, changing the sunscreen ingredients. I had previously bought the newest version and found it super irritated my face and it felt like it was burning. I had to wash it off immediately. Went to Walmart online %26 tried to order the Previous version. Found it was pictured on a few sites, with the photo of the older box %26 product %26 showing the old formulation. Ordered a 2pack. Received order 1 day late, no problem there. However, not only did I receive the newest product version, instead of what I ordered , but the 2 pack was opened with only 1 bottle inside the wrapper. Inside the brown walmart mailer there was also a cut open separate white mailer envelop containing a beat up box with another “newest” version of the product inside . It appeared to possibly be a returned item which could have been used. So I received 2 bottles but NOT the item pictured or described or ordered. And not in original packaging. Glad the return and refund was quick and easy at the Walmart store. Sorry won't be able to use Olay anymore.

    RIP old formula 😭

    Joining the chorus here: I used Olay's previous formula for over a decade; it worked really well with my sensitive acne prone skin. Tried the new formula yesterday and it broke me out it in hives and made my eyes burn. Please go back to the old one!!
