The Fitness pod is ideal for all levels of training, fitness and HIIT workouts regardless if you are just starting out or a seasoned veteran. The pod is extremely easy to maneuver with padded sides and 9 reinforced handles so you can push, pull, throw, thrust, raise, roll and more! Available in 4 different weight options, each version is the same size and approximately 50" tall.
Composed of triple-ply synthetic leather, reinforced with nylon stitching, the Fitness Pod will hold up to the toughest of power shots. Integrate your MMA and strength and conditioning training in just one work out with the Fitness Pod!

| I bought 10 of the fitness pods of various weights for my Combatives Gym, Modernize My Fight. They have a great feel. You can smash elbows or hammers and the pods just have the right amount of give and can take the abuse easily. The handles take a bit of getting used to when doing drills such as around the worlds but you very quickly forget they are there. They are a bit to light for my taste for doing knees drills standing up but that is a very minor point. What I was most surprised at was how much Liked using the 18 pound version. I am 290 pounds and just assumed the 35 pound pod was the only one I should use. Using the 18 pound pod the pod "squirms" underneath me creating a sensation of working with a live partner. The 35 pound stays more in place and is good for when I really want to get aggressive in my strikes. This was a great investment for my gym. |
