Very light weight poly/nylon ? vest. Didn't read the tab,, Not artic or even alpine weight, just a another layer over shirt and under a jacket or bulky sweat, or as a last layer over a light sweat or shirt. Not the most well cut, but, just enough insulation. A little too tight in the middle, kind of straight top to bottom. The bottom is very long, covers the small of the back, very important to me, and the price! Just what I needed.

I love my vest. It is light enough to be comfortable but heavy enough to keep me warm. It actually fits like it's should. I have 3 Swiss Tech jackets and they don't disappoint. My only thing is that Walmart uses FedEx for shipping and what was supposed to be a next day delivery, I got 5 days later.
