Cooking Measuring Chart: 4 Servings: 1 cup rice, 2-1/2 cups water, 2 teaspoons vegetable oil or butter. Time: 25 min. Cooking Instructions: 1. Sort and rinse 1 cup of rice. 2. boil 2-1/2 cups of water in a saucepan. Add 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil or butter. Add salt to taste. Stir the rice. 3. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 25 min or until all the water is absorbed. Store in a cool, dry place.
