I've suffered with leg cramps for years and sometimes they'd hit me every hour during the night leaving bruises on my legs. I've tried everything. Even drinking pickle juice! Every ‘cure' I've heard of I tried. Nothing worked. I originally ordered one bottle. I've tried everything else so why not? I was desperate for more than 4 hrs sleep at a time. The first night I thought maybe it was a fluke. Then there was 2..3..4 nights. I usually only use it at night before bed but on particularly active days I will apply it twice a day.
