I looked into different teas that might get rid of stress or anxiety and help me relax in the evening. All the sleepy teas and chamomile and such do nothing for me. I wanted something I could actually feel working, but not exhaust me and still be safe to drink. I researched a lot and found passionflower will give those effects. I was skeptical as none of the other common teas did anything for me. I don't know if other brands work, but I actually felt this one relax me. In a good way. Nothing scary, just like a deep sigh taking over your body. The flavor is almost not there. You could certainly add a non caffeine to it. I used two bags in a larger mug and left them in there since you can't over steep this type of tea. The world is stressful, this helps. First tea ever.
