These are a good snack on any day. With more than 10g of protein, these taste more like a cookie or treat than anything beneficial. Yes, there's sugar, but I think these are worth it. There is a multitude of flavors, so pick the one you like and enjoy!

Have been buying these yummy bars about two years now (a severe illnesses forced me to be more mindful of protein intake which I admit, id stupidly neglected for years). I eat these crunchy bars as quick breakfast, lunch or snack— %26 even for late nite cravings, %26 eat about an hour b4 bedtime to help my sleep. They are sweet- not sweet like a candy bar -but very satisfying if ur craving something sweet which controls my sugar cravings. Have tried all the flavors with this vanilla %26 the s'mores my go-to buys. They are popular-hard to find around my area %26 had them shipped from WM to keep them in my pantry. My 9 yr old will eat them in his lunchbox but prefers the birthday cake flavor (very very sweet!). Def recommend
