Look for country of origin on olive oil because even the better brands like Bertolli are mixing their oils with inferior olive blends from countries like Tunisia and Morocco. Olivari (Greece), Livini,(Argentina) and Partanna (Sicily) are authentic products that come from where their label comes from and are the only brands I buy.
