The cup itself is great, but ordering it and have customer service say it was picked up, that a different ballgame. Someone at Union Walmart kept the cup and said I picked it up. You may want to look into stuff like this going on. You going to loose money., I got my money back but somebody got a free cup. I know it was a little thing but they could do that with anything. Your loss
