Had leg amputation and always carried water in rehab. Then this came out and therapist introduced me to it. Made water pleaser to drink. More than that it made liquid medicine better. Some taste terrible and I could put some in It and made it taste better. After 15 years still put it in liquid medicine. Try putting it in your liquid medicines and make it taste where you can Tolerate the taste. Jerrya

Need to cut back on salt intake? I have been using this for 40 years. When my dad was sick he had to be on a salt restricted diet and we tried several different products; they were all terrible. FINALLY Morton's came out with this and I bought some. You literally cannot tell the difference between this and regular salt. The only possible drawback for some people, not me, is that it does not contain any iodine. But this sprinkles like salt, tastes like salt, bakes like salt. One of these containers lasts me well over a year.
