I appreciated that it is organic and hopefully less toxic than regular rice. I always cook rice in my instant pot. I just cooked 5 cups tonight with equal parts water and a bit of avocado or olive oil and it turned out very nice. Will buy again.

I always use Mahatma Rice. This is the first time I purchased the Organic type. It has great flavor %26 not as much starch in it. I used it for making risotto and plain as a side dish. I will buy it again.

Excellent taste for table rice

Very nice rice. The taste and texture are excellent. I recommend doing your own research about different types of rice and the distinctively different textures, aromas, and applications. This organic Mahatma rice is a favorite of mine, since I prefer the long grains. Due to all rice having questionable water sources--which are not monitored for arsenic and other heavy metals--I prefer to limit rice meals.
