I guess I hadn't tasted any genuine extra virgin olive oil since I was a young man. My mother was Sicilian and won cooking contests for her Italian recipes. I often wondered why her cooking tasted so much better. I just figured it was my imagination and bias. Well, I am finally back to reality and won't be mislead again. The purity and taste of Cobram's was an incredible reawareness of the importance of using genuine quality ingredients in the foods we prepare. Important for health as well as for taste.
