I come from a household of Celiacs, and nobody who can eat gluten will ever understand fully the struggles of eating celiac friendly gluten-free food. Some people eat gluten-free as a diet, whereas people like me and my family, we eat this way because we have to, there is no other option. More often than not gluten-free food is made to be healthy to cater to those who eat gluten-free as a diet, but people like us who just want good food, appreciate things like this amazing cookie mix. Where usually I need to bake from scratch, this cookie mix tastes just like it was homemade, with so much less time spent in the kitchen, which is amazing! From the bottom of my heart, I say thank you from people like me, and others around the globe who have Celiac, who just want some yummy snacks that aren't sweetened with darn grape juice. My daughter has recently been diagnosed with Celiac and we have been visiting various gluten-free bakeries looking for snacks. Have to say we made these cookies today and they are by far the best gluten-free cookie we have eaten so far. This will definitely be our go to cookie!
