Good for adults with disabilities

I use this for myself. I am right handed and have MS on my right side. Regular silverware is too heavy and I drop them. This is smaller and is easier for me to hang on it. Do I want kid size silverware? No. But I also don't want to use handicapped silverware or plastic.
