Arrived quickly and with all of the parts! The screws were well labeled and vacuumed sealed. We'd recommend using the box it was shipped in to place on the floor or ground to assemble the chair as you have to place the chair upside down to put the base on. The chair is sturdy and comfortable for working from home. It's nice the armrests are adjustable both for width and height. We are 5'3" and 6'2" and with the height adjustment this chair works for both of us.
