The Plasma cases (especially Ice) are outstanding and protect exceptionally well during drops, tumbles, & slams. I've had one on every smart phone I've owned and still love these. If you have a colored phone, the "Plasma-Ice" case allows you to show off that color and the plastic stays clear with zero degradation over time. You can't get better protection, the case is comfortable to hold, and the buttons work flawlessly. There is an attachment point at either lower corner to attach the lanyard (sold separately, but worth it). As far as the S23+ case, it doesn't sit flat opposite the camera. And maybe this is due to protrusion of the camera on the phone itself. But the phone rocks slightly at the upper left corner if you sit it on a flat surface and touch the upper left area (like for an icon on the home screen or to drag from the top edge). I'm still glad I bought it. It's a great case and I hope UAG keeps making the Plasma Ice. Maybe the next generation will sit flat again next time.
