Cheap plastic dog houss

I don't agree that this doghouse is easy to put together! The plastic doesn't fit in the slots quite correctly, one side in the other side pops out, so have 2 people to put this together. The house it's self seems ok, it had said insulated, but it isn't so for winters it will have to be added. The rest seems ok, I'll add insulation, dog door and cedar chips for the pups bed. House seems worth the money paid but barely.
