I am not sure how to rate this until I use it; which won't be until 3 months from now. The material seems very durable and heavyweight. But, because of that, it seems to lack the "springiness" from the inner metal coil compared to lighter weight counterparts. The size is good. I'm guessing it would accommodate between a 30 gallon and 50 gallon trash bag (if desired-not required). The handles are nice. There is nothing annoying or nonessential in your way.
