Doesn't fit.....will be returning it.

I ordered a 3*" cervical collar. It's right for height but much too small around. Says for Adults and it's universal but it would fit a child.

Collar is to small for me. And I should have gotten help with the height. Cannot use it but someone with a smaller neck might find it very useful.
