The item is great. The delivery was late by 4 days. I dont think they knew where I am. It was 2 hours away from me in one direction. Then it went 4 hours away right pass me. Then was sent back to the place where it just came from. Then it eventually came to me. Someone didn't look where it was to go to, at one stop and just sent it further away. That's not good service.
