I love that the product has a fat burner in it. It has the ingredients to keep you awake all day. No need for a Red Bull or anytime of energy drink. This has all that you need. Important to know that when you take this product you must NOT consume any type of food 30mins after consumption and take it before early in the morning on an empty stomach. With a proper diet and exercise you'll notice the scale move and inches being shed off. I stick by this product 100%. Water consumption is also very important when taking this product. This is my truant honest opinion about taking this product.
