It was a pill putting it together, but I have to say I am not one to put together things. Anyway, glad I bought it -- will be using it for family events. Since Quarantine my nieces and nephews haven't been going out almost a year and a half ago so I got this snowcone machine to cheer them up! It totally worked! They where so excited and seeing the big smiles on their face was priceless I would repurchase again!! Worked just like a champ it also comes with tools to set it up I just used the machine I didn't assemble the wheels and all that when I do I will do a review but so far we love it!!
