I'd buy the product again.
I'm impressed with how well the product was packaged. Directions are simple and direct. My only complaint is the actual color of the wood. It is light blonde color. The order picture shows a brown coloring (Cypress Fir Pergola Arbor - WA6204.) I have already stained the wood. Stain readily takes to the wood with no problems. Before I order any other wood products, I will call to check on it's actual color. Outside of the delivery color, we are extremely happy with our Cypress Fir Pergola Arbor! My wife and I quickly put it together within 20 minutes thanks to extremely clear & precise directions. BTW, I really liked the separate packs of screws packaged with the identifable labels in each pack. Very well done. Thank you.

Nice little arbor
For the money it is the perfect style and size. It did blow over in the strong winds so I had to secure it to rebar that I drove deep into the ground. Will use Quickcrete when I get the chance. Have honeysuckle vining on it.
