I've recommended this product to friends and family. I searched for Type "OO" flour locally but could find only single 2.2 lb (1kg) bags or a 40 lb bag. Caputo Chef Flour is grown and milled in Italy using the ancient art of milling. The taste and texture is wonderful, it's easy to work with and easy on my digestion. I do not expereince any bloating or indigestion when I consume home made breads, pizza's or torilla's using this flour. It cost a little more but well worth it.
