Dear Betty, I put these in my pancake batter for fun pancakes. However, there was only a single blue sprinkle that didn't dissolve. Upon further reflection that consisted of looking at the full sprinkle container, I've concluded that it looks like 1/2 the sprinkles in the container are white. This is not an ingredient for fun sprinkles. Alyssa
