In LOVE with this mixer!
I'm a Southern cook, and the last THREE MIXERS have burned out on Monster Cookies, or Hot Rolls. Plus, they slung flour everywhere! NOT THIS ONE. Low means low!! Didn't even blow powdered sugar when making butter cream frosting! It holds up against any recipe! The first time you place the beaters in, they seem not to want to go, but I realized they just were breaking in a seal, or something. Second time, went in smooth. LOVE EJECT button. Love power burst button! LOVE that the speeds actually are true!! LOVE THIS MIXER, AND IT'S A GREAT PRICE, TOO! Made my whole day!! lolll. Yes, I have a life.. Hahaha!!

I have started making homemade bread for my family to avoid all the additives store bought bread has. I love using the dough hooks because it's more sanitary. They do a great job of kneading the dough. The mixer is sturdy and is able to manage stiff bread dough very well. Definitely worth every penny!
