I was a little skeptical about purchasing anything refurbished. I have never done it before. But I can say that up to date, it was a great decision! The product came in nearly flawless shape. We bought it for our son. He’s pretty young and always wants to use our phones to play games. Well we got tired of giving up our phones all the time and decided to get him a device of his own to play games. At his age, a brand new IPad just didn’t make sense. Too much risk involved with him breaking it. Coming across refurbished iPads seemed like the perfect compromise. He would still get to play games and we can do this at a much lower price. After seeing his and how nice of shape it is in, I’m thinking about getting one for me too. We are very very satisfied with this purchase and experience as a whole.
