Just when I had listened to hope in purchasing toys from Walmart this purchase was made and exceeded all and any past bad experiences. It came in record time like one day. Was easy to assemble by myself as a grandma done in 15 minutes. It is sturdy. Large in size large enough my hubby and myself and two year old fit in it. It's great. Thanks. Don't let this price fool you it's one of the best kid play houses I've seen in the market. Abd by far the cheapest.
