RED FLAGS READ REVIEWS PAY ATTENTION

Horrible customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I communicated with them through every avenue available and I've got nothing but the run around on the issue I'm trying to resolve. I've saved every email, took screen shots of call length proving I called. My patience is wearing thin, the bbb reporting is my next option. I should of paid attention to the red flags of the reviews I read but took the chance and ordered from them instead.
