Missing plates

I ordered two packs of these plates for my daughters birthday party. One pack was correct and came with all 8 plates. The other pack was only 4 plates. Since i had to have them ordered site to store because my local store stopped carrying this design. I had to just buy some plain plates to make up the difference.
