Quality prenatal supplement!
I've used this and both their postnatal and skinny probiotics for last 4 years of different stages in my life and all have kept me healthy and regular and I feel like it has helped my son, as I was able to nurse him almost 3 years of his life. The ingredients met the required dosage for prenatal probiotics as suggested by the most up to date research!
