Sabrent 4-Port USB 2.0 Hub with Individual LED lit Power Switches (HB-UMLS)

I tested it on my laptop with 3 different game controllers and a mouse plugged into it, and they all worked fine. The ports are a little close together, and have a slightly tight fit to them, so it can be a little difficult to plug in or unplug the ones in the middle if the ones next to them have something in them as well. Especially because the cord on the hub is so short, and you're already working in close proximity to your computer. Other than that it's a pretty nice product and seems to work great. The hub itself is 3.25 inches long, the cord is 4 inches long, and the USB plug part is about 1.5 inches long, for a total of 8.75 inches end-to-end length for the entire thing. The leftmost button on mine is a little lopsided and doesn't rise as high as the others when turned off, but otherwise everything seems fine. The lights aren't quite where I'd expect them to be; instead of directly under the buttons to light up the entire ring around them, they're offset in the direction of the ports and only light up about half of the ring when turned on, with a little light shining onto adjacent ones as well. It still looks nice though.

I like how compact it is. I have very limited space, and it's small enough to keep in that space. I use it for an external keyboard, mouse dongle, and flash drive since my laptop only has 2 USB ports. Have had it for a little over a month and so far it's been working okay, and works fine with my laptop. The buttons to turn off and on the separate USB ports work like expected, and the lights to signal a port is off or on works, though the lights are really more focused at the front of the buttons on the ports.
