This bike is a wonderful product.

I absolutely loved this bike. I work for walmart and I am epileptic so this bike was very necessary for me ..I was very very happy with it. sadly it was stolen and now I'm back to walking 2 miles everyday at least 1 mile down a non lighted road every day. It took awhile to save for it..but for the few weeks I had it I was very happy. it gave me a freedom that previously I didn't have..I hope to have another one soon. I completely recommend this bike. For me it was freedom because my epilepsy doesn't allow me to drive but also it was a reason to get out and explore..you will be happy with this product..make sure you get the 3 year protection.

Inexpensive Ebike can mislead you.

Nice size for a shorter person. Seat is standard too small for comfort design. All controls seem reasonably within reach and easy to operate. However the electric only mode is a bit lacking. The instructions actually say walk aside the bike when in all electric. There are lots of add ons such as lights, lock, and mostly assembled on delivery. Be prepared to pedal

Missing Battery waiting hyper for a replacement

Ordered and was pleasantly surprised at first, impressed with the quality of the bike. Unfortunately I discovered soon after I put the bike together that the battery was missing. Contacted Walmart and was told return is the best they can do. contacted hyper bike support and I am waiting for a response. A good opportunity to demonstrate whether they are behind their products. will update as soon as I get issue. resolved.
