Works Well for Me
This is very helpful when needed for relaxation. Very calming. Also, the quality of the product is excellent. Taste is OK, too. Mix in a little water before taking. Do not drive, however, as skullcap will relax the body. Herb Pharm's quality is reliable.

works for relaxation
I have taken skullcap capsules previously to aid sleep and relaxation. It works directly on the nervous system. The liquid form seems stronger and works faster--only need a little bit to do the job. I recommend.
