Snoozer Orthopedic Cozy Cave Dog Bed, Large, Buckskin, Hooded Orthopedic Dog Bed

I loved the Orthopedic Cozy Cave that I bought for my cuddly lab. Unfortunately she got hurt the day before the Cozy Cave arrived. She has bad knees and has already received one knee replacement but now needs a second. Because of this, there is no way she crawl in and out of the bed for at least another year. I was disappointed to learn that it will cost be upwards of $120 to return the bed. I really wish your company had a better return policy because I would've returned it and bought another, flat bed but I can't wait that long and what happens if she doesn't like the second bed? Little disappointed In the return policy because I love your products.

This is our SECOND Snoozer cave! One of my dogs (Dawson) absolutely loves his cave. He is a 20 lb. Sealyham Terrier and, whereas I got him the size large both times, I do wish these came in a medium. The large takes up a fair amount of space, but he loves it so much that I wouldn't dream of denying him his "retreat". I can always tell how cold he is by where he has situated himself in his cave--when he's really cold he snuggles so far to the back that you can't even tell he's in there, and when he's warm he just has his back half in the bed and his front half on the floor. The first cave I bought for him was about 9 years ago and it had the basic fill; he's almost 10 now, though, so this time I got him the orthopedic one. These beds last practically forever and are worth every penny! I very, very highly recommend them!!!
