SEYDEL Blues SESSION STEEL Paddy Richter Harmonica C

Over the past year, I have bought four CASS C.A.SEYDEL SOHNE blues harmonicas in A, C, and G keys on Walmart's website. I used them very carefully, cleaned them frequently, and never dropped them. However, after playing each harmonica for about three to five months, some notes could no longer be played. I opened them to check and found that the reeds were broken. I then called Walmart customer service several times. The customer service staff said that they had contacted the seller and sent an email, and there would be a reply within 48 hours. As a result, many times, we have not received any reply for more than two weeks or even a month. The seller's behavior has disappointed us! We are just looking for a solution. We can accept refunds or repairs. How can we ignore them? Moreover, the quality of this harmonica is indeed problematic. Every new harmonica breaks down after two or three months of use. I sincerely recommend everyone not to buy this inferior harmonica to avoid wasting your money.
