This is not a brand new item. Box came very damaged, which I is fine if it was brand new. Once I inspected the item, noticed that it was opened box with parts all over and no new wrapper. While doesn't look like it's been used, but definitely opened. If I had known, I would have spend 10 bucks more and get it brand new elsewhere as it's usually 109 in many places. I felt deceived so hence the low star.
