Generic brands do not compare. Good meat amount. Cheap cheese. Not a light calorie food. Not for weight loss, dieting. Will upset lactose intolerant people's stomach. If this is your breakfast in total, remember your daily multivitamin. I defrost in the microwave, then toast in the toaster oven to perfection. Hot pockets are basically a sandwich. Meat, cheese, and bread. They have a few calories, but a good source of protein. I recommend keeping at least a few dethawed in your refrigerator instead of your freezer because they heat up way faster and more in the middle, and less hot around the edges.
