I have been using choline cocktail for over 20 years and I marvel at how well it has been as far as a replacement for coffee but also an amazing memory enhancer. My friends especially my peers often remark about the fine resolution of my ability to remember and I do have to say sometimes I amaze myself even among people 20 years younger than I. This stuff works I highly suggest buying plenty of it since once in awhile the stocks run dry or they switch the formulations so plan ahead. I have tried taking the things found in this supplement mix separately but I don't even want to try to get into how much more that would cost per dose. I highly suggest taking two tablespoons per dose along with something like an Emergenc-C vitamin c packet which will help drop the pH of the water that you mix this powder in. For best results dump the powder into the bottom of your glass and then with a small little mixing stir or with a very fast stirring hand you will mix this up maybe fill the glass half full so you can get it mixed up as good as you can as quickly as you can or else it will glob up and be a sticky mess unless you let it just sit for half an hour. So once you have it all mixed up then go ahead and drink it. I usually mix in about 1/5 orange juice or some fruit juice since the taste isn't the best in the world but think of it as something like Tang for the brain.
