Didn't expect them to be this good!?

It's my first time to have dandelion root separately in a tea, it has earthy and sweet flavor. I blend them with any others I have, flowers or nettle leaves, it gives a great gound taste. Quality product with a decent amount! I wanna try the leaf of dandelion too.

Best for Toxic

Dandelion root is rich in the carbohydrate inulin, a type of soluble fiber found in plants that supports the growth and maintenance of healthy gut bacteria in your digestive tract. Dandelion root is often dried and made into tea, but you can also eat it whole like other root vegetables. I have Dandelion root tea almost everyday, i even just eat the root while taking the tea! good for the gut
