Very nice!

I have a favourite old recipe for cumin rice with pine nuts. One day I had a craving to make something with my new saffron threads and so I used that instead of the cumin. What a great side dish that made! Next time, I think I will make a trimmed down version of paella for 2. My mouth is watering thinking about it!

Excellent!

This saffron is very strong scent, so much so that it scented my whole cabinet even with the cap tightly on. I enjoy soup with some saffron in it, the color is a plus.
