We used to plant a garden and despite having the appearance of Fort Knox, the rodents would still manage to find a way in and chew everything up. These planters were perfect for blocking the rodents from eating our plants. I can't believe how quickly and full our tomato plants grew in these planters. They don't take up much space and provide easy access to the vegetables we planted. There is no bottom to these planters so irrigation is a necessary component and you will have no trouble with accumulated water. I love these planters and would highly recommend.
