Best shelf stable beef, so far!

Hereford pouches are the best shelf stable beef I have found so far. It isn't overly processed. Relatively few ingredients unless you get the fancy BBQ version. Very lean, but full of flavor. Reasonably priced when I consider the time energy I would have to use, and the waste that would result, if I tried to make it myself from scratch. Really like the texture of the brisket. Only downside is that it is so good that Walmart can't keep it in stock. As of today, 2 of my four order attempts have ben cancelled. I had an issue with my first order being close to the expiration date but the company was very accommodating. Moreover, I personally suffered no ill effects from eating this beef (and several other shelf stable non-Hereford products) after the BBE date.
