Complete disaster

I purchased from this vendor and I wish I hadn't. The first time I ordered the shampoo it got rejected by USPS and it couldn't get delivered So I had to cancel the order. The company decided to use FedEx. This time I received the order it was incorrect. I purchased 2 shampoos but I received a shampoo and conditioner instead. I contacted the vendor and they confirmed they shipped the order incorrectly and refunded one of the shampoos. However, since this type of shampoo is no longer made, I really wanted the extra shampoo instead of the refund. Because of this I will never purchase from this particular vendor again and I would advise others to avoid them as well.
