This order was for a base phone unit and an extra telephone headset. It is a gift for a November event. The sub-vendor that Wal-Mart deals with originally advised me that the extra headset was in stock and would be shipped to me with the “base” unit. The base unit arrived very timely. The extra headset did not arrive. I contacted the company myself to find out what occurred. I was advised the headset was out of stock. It has now been well over a week and no update from the company. I understand some items sell out, so not real alarmed yet. I'll give it another week. I will repost an update and comments on the phone, both base and extra headset at a later time.
